Main responsibilities:



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers etc.);


  • Search for a GameDev and Тechnical professionals;


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular feedback throughout the hiring process;


  • Competent maintenance of the candidate database (PeopleForce);


  • Conduct effective communication and negotiation with candidates to ensure successful placements.



Requirements:



  • Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the GameDev industry;


  • Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle;


  • Strong ability to apply various sourcing methods, such as advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.);


  • Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems;


  • Strong knowledge of IT/GameDev technologies and current market trends;


  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and verbal;


  • Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills;


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
