Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in Employer Branding;


• Willingness to grow in SMM and stay up-to-date with trends;


• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools;


• Creative copywriting and content development;


• Ability to maintain the company’s tone of voice in communication (Ukrainian and English languages);


• A strong sense of aesthetics and awareness of current trends;


• Analytical thinking – ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions;


• Creative and positive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an SMM strategy to promote the Employer Brand across social media platforms – TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.com;


• Analyze competitors, target audience, and trends related to the GameDev, Web3, and Crypto industries;


• Create a content plan in advance, planning topics and formats for publications;


• Prepare posts, shoot and edit trending videos – Reels, TikToks;


• Launch interactive content, polls, and surveys to engage the audience;


• Evaluate performance – conduct monthly analysis, report results, and suggest improvements for the content;


• Moderate comments and respond to follower inquiries.
