We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Talent Acquisition Specialist / Headhunter to drive recruitment initiatives across multiple international regions, with a focus on Southeast Asia, GCC countries, and Europe. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, developing strategic sourcing channels, and researching new markets for potential talent acquisition in line with business expansion plans.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding across multiple regions;


  • Conduct talent market research in countries with potential for business expansion to identify viable hiring channels and talent pools;


  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines, develop longlists and shortlists, and conduct reference checks;


  • Ensure timely and professional candidate communication throughout the recruitment process;


  • Design and execute region-specific sourcing strategies, tailored to the talent landscape of Southeast Asia, GCC countries, and Europe;


  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, databases, referrals, and professional networks;


  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and local labor regulations across different markets;


  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and HR systems; prepare reports and analytics as needed;


  • Propose and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency and quality of hiring;


  • Track and analyze regional hiring trends and proactively develop pipelines for future hiring needs.



Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, headhunting, and/or international expansion;


  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, databases, and professional networks;


  • Solid understanding of recruitment workflows, candidate assessment techniques, and candidate experience best practices;


  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of additional languages will be a plus;


  • Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills, covering both technical and behavioral competencies;


  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously;


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders;


  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work effectively across different regions and time zones;


  • A data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring outcomes.
