PR Manager ( Personal Brand Manager for CEO)

Bitmedia Labs — a dynamic tech ecosystem operating at the forefront of blockchain and gaming innovation — is looking for a PR Manager to strategically build and scale the personal brand of our CEO across international markets.

This is not your typical PR role. You’ll be operating as the strategic voice behind a founder and visionary shaping the future of Web3, gaming, and digital economies. Your role will amplify his presence on global stages, across key media, and within communities that define the next decade of technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Personal Brand Strategy: Own the CEO’s executive communication roadmap. Build a consistent, credible, and inspiring presence across Web3, gaming, and blockchain media channels.




• Global Thought Leadership: Identify high-impact speaking opportunities, interviews, podcasts, and conference panels. You’ll ensure the CEO is where the future is being shaped.




• Media Relations: Leverage your network of top-tier editors, reporters, and Web3 insiders to secure visibility and engagement.




• Content Excellence: Craft compelling press releases, opinion articles, speeches, and social media posts that resonate with top-level audiences and global communities.




• Campaigns & Special Projects: Bring creativity and structure to storytelling—whether it’s a product launch, investment milestone, or keynote moment.




• Event Positioning: Own the CEO’s public messaging at international conferences, industry panels, and private roundtables.




• Business Travel: Participate in key industry events and strategic gatherings when necessary to ensure top-tier presence and coverage.
  
  

What You Bring:

• A strategic communicator with 3+ years in PR or executive communications, preferably in tech, gaming, blockchain, or AI.




• You've managed personal branding for founders, C-level execs, or public figures and know how to shape narrative and build influence.




• You bring a journalist’s instincts and a marketer’s mindset—your words move people and inspire action.




• You have solid media relationships and know how to pitch stories that stick, especially in emerging tech markets.




• You're bilingual (English required, Ukrainian a strong asset) and can adapt tone and voice to different cultural contexts.




• You balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail—you get things done and make them look effortless.




• Comfortable with occasional international travel to support CEO presence at strategic global events.
