As a Middle Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing and creating advertising campaigns, and ensuring overall satisfaction and upselling. You will work closely with advertisers in the crypto space to develop, launch, and maintain high-performing campaigns while contributing to the growth of our advertising network.
Main responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with crypto-related advertisers;
Monitor and optimize ad campaign performance to meet client KPIs;
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts;
Handle daily communication with clients to resolve issues and provide strategic advice;
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve offerings and the client experience;
Prepare performance reports for clients.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in digital or performance marketing;
Knowledge of the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 industry;
Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, programmatic tools);
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights;
Crisis communication skills;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a crypto or blockchain-focused company;
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, ad networks, or DSP/SSP platforms;
Proficiency in CRM tools, ideally ZenDesk;
Understanding of media buying.
