UX/UI Designer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 1 year working on gaming projects or interfaces;


• Portfolio with examples of web interfaces, preferably for gaming products;


• Practical experience with Figma (components, autolayout, variants, prototyping);


• Understanding of player behavior patterns and game design;


• Experience creating interactive prototypes with animations and micro-interactions;


• Understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and the principles of Web3 projects;


• Ability to work with existing design systems, improve them while maintaining consistency;


• Basic skills in pixel art and sprite graphics;


• Excellent sense of composition, typography, and color;


• Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and improving user interfaces for different sections of the product;


• Creating intuitive and attractive UI/UX solutions;


• Developing designs for new game features and optimizing existing ones;


• Creating interactive prototypes for testing and presenting solutions;


• Designing micro-interactions and basic animations to improve the user experience;


• Participating in user research and implementing insights gained;


• Collaborating with game designers, artists, and developers to implement design solutions;


• Support and development of the project's design system;


• Work on adapting interfaces for mobile devices;


• Formulation of design specifications for developers.

Nice to have:

• Experience playing crypto games or P2E (Play-to-Earn) projects;


• Understanding of the technical limitations and capabilities of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS);


• Skills in working with animation tools (After Effects, Lottie, FramerMotion);


• Skills in illustration or 2D graphics for creating game elements.
