Strong Junior Creative Developer

        Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development with proven specialization in web animation and motion design;


• Strong experience in 2D animations on HTML5 (e.g., framer-motion, GSAP);


• Animation Principles: Deep understanding of timing, easing curves, motion choreography, and the 12 principles of animation applied to UI;


• Motion Storytelling: Ability to create narrative-driven animations that guide users through experiences, not just decorative effects;


• Creative Coding: Experience with Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and/or Three.js/WebGL for 2D/3D web graphics;


• Expert-level skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/SCSS);


• Hands-on experience with WebGL.
  
  Nice to have:
  


• Experience with React/Next.js or similar Framework;


• Experience with PlayCanvas/Phaser;


• Experience with Unity is a huge plus;


• Experience with design tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator;


• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
