Requirements:

  • Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company or a strong desire to learn and grow in the field;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Proficient in spoken and written English;

  • Strong persuasion and sales abilities;

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships;

  • Higher education;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Results-oriented mindset;

  • High personal effectiveness;

  • Flexibility and adaptability;

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;

  • A genuine passion for working in the IT industry and advancing as a Recruitment Specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters in the initial candidate search process;

  • Work with recruiters to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords;

  • Conduct pre-screening of candidates;

  • Utilize  ATS and other innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates for further consideration by the responsible Recruiter;

  • Help shape the initial impression of Bitmedia Labs in the developer market;

  • Participate in research, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices;

  • Consistently achieve performance metrics as outlined in the Scorecard, and defined by the Head of Recruitment.
