Head of Marketing (MENA)

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Team Lead / Head of Marketing with strong knowledge of MENA markets and Arabic language proficiency. This role owns the full marketing direction - strategy, execution, team coordination, and performance - across multiple channels and products.

You will act as the central decision-maker for marketing, aligning brand, growth, paid acquisition, content, PR, and creators into one cohesive system.

Main responsibilities:


  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy for MENA markets;


  • Lead and coordinate the marketing team (SMM, UA, Media Buyer/KOL, PR, Design);


  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice for the region;


  • Validate content, creatives, and messaging from cultural and linguistic perspectives;


  • Align organic, paid, influencer, and PR efforts;


  • Set KPIs, review performance, and optimise budgets and priorities;


  • Work closely with founders / leadership on growth goals;


  • Build scalable workflows and reporting;


  • Report directly to CMO.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles;


  • Strong hands-on experience with MENA markets;


  • Experience in real estate, retail, marketplaces, or e-commerce;


  • Arabic language proficiency (required);


  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution experience;


  • Strong understanding of digital channels (social, paid, creators, PR);


  • Strong analytical skills and experience in developing or executing/reading complex analytical dashboards;


  • Ability to manage people, priorities, and performance.
