Economy designer / Economy analyst

Bitmedia Labs — is a product company focused on developing robust and high-load online advertising systems as well as healthcare and gaming products popular among wide user audience. We are looking for an Economy designer for our LiveOps department.  You will work with two multiplatform (Browser/Mobile) web3-oriented already launched projects.  You will collaborate with the head of product, game designers, LiveOps manager, and business analyst. 
You will be able to own and work with high-volume free-market economies.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with economies of live projects;
• Understand player behavior patterns and gameplay loops;
• Understand the principles of the free market economy;
• Analytical mindset;
• High level of ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing game economies and content;
• Analyse game data;
• Continuous improvement of existing economies;
• Design economies for new features and products;
•  Implement economy solutions into existing games.
