Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing social media strategies;

• Creating engaging and shareable content on our company’s social media platforms (FB, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) to increase brand visibility and drive engagement;

• Managing and moderating social media accounts, including responding to comments and interacting with followers;

• Keeping up with the latest social media trends and platforms;

• Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and using this data to adjust strategies and tactics as necessary;

• Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization;

• Creation of Stripo templates;

• Understanding B2B & B2C concepts.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager;

• Deep knowledge and understanding of the social media algorithms;

• Ability to create highly engaging content;

• Ability to analyze the target audience needs and speak in their terms;

• Confident use of photo editors like Canva, Figma, and any other;

• Confident use of Stripo, Mailchimp, Mautic;

• Understanding and analyzing the metrics for measuring social media effectiveness;

• Successful (real cases) work experience as an SMM specialist;

• Advanced level of English and excellent written English skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with foreign clients; working in ad networks; working for crypto projects;

• Experience working with ads in social media;

• Experience in B2B marketing.
