Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the crypto industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and new markets;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth;
- Conducting market research to identify potential new opportunities and trends;
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners;
- Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, including regulatory changes and new products and services, to ensure that the company remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to the crypto industry;
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, although this is not always required;
- Advanced.
