  • Identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the crypto industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and new markets;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth;
  • Conducting market research to identify potential new opportunities and trends;
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and partners;
  • Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as marketing and product development, to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, including regulatory changes and new products and services, to ensure that the company remains competitive and compliant.
  • 2-3 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
  • Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to the crypto industry;
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, although this is not always required;
  • Advanced.
