Bitmedia Labs - an international product IT company, has been in the industry since 2014, effectively functioning on a worldwide scale with a crew of 100+ ambitious and highly skilled professionals, creating successful projects in domains such as online advertising systems for the crypto space, blockchain games and NFT products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with advertisers to define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target audience;

  • Monitor affiliate performance by analyzing metrics such as clicks, conversions, conversion rates, and revenue;

  • Attend conferences and live meetings;

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;

  • Manage contracts and agreements;

  • Respond to and distribute customers' inquiries;

  • Searching and categorizing new leads;

  • Managing CRM system;

  • Reaching out to existing and prospective clients;

  • Conduct research on competitors and new IT solutions;

  • Moderate ads and handle all incoming requests;

  • Provide customers with reports and upsell opportunities.


  • 1+ year of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles;  

  • Familiar with/proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau Software, JIRA;

  • Ability to create and analyze partner performance reports;

  • Interest in crypto and web3;

  • Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills including experience analyzing data sets across/between multiple data platforms;

  • Strong numerical skills;

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking;

  • Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech, content distribution, PR, influence marketing, and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem;

  • Interest in crypto news;

  • Sense of humor.
