Main responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads;




• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to track key metrics such as CPA and ROI;




• Support the identification of growth opportunities and help with strategies to improve ad spending efficiency;




• Collaborate with creative teams to contribute to the development of new ad creatives and test different approaches;




• Participate in A/B testing and provide feedback on creative ideas to boost user engagement;




• Help manage advertising budgets to ensure effective spending;




• Research new marketing channels and strategies for user acquisition and assist in optimizing campaigns;




• Stay informed about industry trends to support the team with best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in user acquisition and media buying across various channels;




• Focus on ROI: accurate measurement of details and appropriate actions;




• Successful track record of scaling spend with positive ROI results;




• Experience with different analytical tools;




• English level – Upper Intermediate.

Nice to have:

• Experience or a strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or NFTs is a plus.
